I have been a Physiotherapist since 2010. Upon graduating with a doctorate degree in physiotherapy in New York, I worked in some of the top orthopaedic facilities in the US and Canada, while gaining extensive clinical experience treating a diverse patient population.
At The Orthopaedic Centre in Huntsville, Alabama I had the privilege of working collaboratively with elite orthopaedic surgeons implementing and designing pre and post operative rehabilitation plans with an emphasis on spinal and peripheral joints physiotherapy.
As The Lead Physiotherapist at the Boerne Physiotherapy Institute in Texas I managed the physiotherapy department in the delivery of care which included clinical education and evaluation of physiotherapy clinical internship students.
Upon moving back home to Toronto, I worked in multiple private clinics before realizing my dream of creating a unique clinical environment at Park Lawn Physiotherapy.
When not at the clinic I love spending time with my family, friends and being active. Basketball, running, cycling, weight lifting, tennis and swimming are some of my favourite ways to keep active.

RPT (Registered Physiotherapist)
MSc. PT (Master of Science in Physical Therapy)
Throughout my childhood, I was involved in dance and athletics which resulted in multiple visits to physiotherapists. Experiencing the benefits of physiotherapy on a personal level led me to become interested in and pursue a career in physiotherapy.
I have just recently completed my degree in physiotherapy from Queen’s University, and have worked in a variety of clinical settings through my placements, ranging from the
Emergency Department to private practice clinics. My treatment approach centers around education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy.
As a healthcare provider I believe that taking a client-led approach is vital in meeting goals as well as creating a space where clients feel comfortable and safe. By working together with my clients, I aim to create a realistic and achievable treatment plan in order to ultimately reach client specific goals.
Outside of the clinic, I like to keep active at the gym, as well as spend time with my dog and friends watching a good show or movie!

RPT (Registered Physiotherapist)
MSc. PT (Master of Science in Physical Therapy)
Originally from Nova Scotia, I’m a registered physiotherapist now based in Toronto. I take an active, one-on-one approach to care, combining individualized exercise programming, hands-on treatment, and patient education to support your long-term goals.
I work with a diverse range of clients across both musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including those recovering from acute injuries, managing persistent or chronic pain, post-stroke rehabilitation, and individuals looking to improve strength, mobility, and overall function.
I believe that understanding your body is a key part of recovery, and I work collaboratively with my patients to give them the tools and confidence to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
I’m committed to helping people return to the activities they love—and to feel stronger and more confident while doing them.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through a variety of workout classes, travelling, going to live concerts, and exploring all that Toronto has to offer.

Physiotherapist (Home Visits Only)
RPT (Registered Physiotherapist)
MSc. PT (Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy)
I graduated in 2019 from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland’s physiotherapy program. Through my clinical training and practice I have come to realize the importance of patient-centered rehabilitation in order to return patients to their activities as soon as possible. My treatment method incorporates manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, neuromuscular control retraining, pain management, and patient education, in order to deliver the best possible care outcomes for patients. I also enjoy making the Physiotherapy experience fun and I have an easy-going personality that helps me get along well with my patients.
As a clinician I look to find the underlying source of injury, pain, or movement dysfunction and then work with clients to achieve their goals. This in turn, will help improve the patients’ lifestyle towards the main goal of improved quality of life.
I love to travel and have tried to expose myself to many different cultures and people throughout the world. This I believe has allowed me to gain a great understanding and appreciation of other cultures and peoples. I carry these values with me into practice by providing treatment that is inclusive and respectful towards all people and making sure that all patients feel empowered and safe while under my care.
